LaoShang, which means "Fellow Villagers" in Chinese, is an innovative service and UI/UX design project developed to assist migrant laborers with the challenges of integrating into new urban environments.

This comprehensive system offers an accountable and user-friendly platform to guide migrant workers through job searches, housing, mentorship, and social engagements, ensuring their transition is both safe and smooth.

Featuring an empathetic approach grounded in extensive research and user testing, LaoShang not only aids in logistical adaptations but also fosters community bonds, helping laborers build a sense of belonging in the cityscape.

The Mountain
Connection

Interactive Installation

Bridging Urban and Rural Realities through Interactive Art.

In an insightful exploration of the dichotomy between urban and rural life, The Mountain Connection serves as a testament to the power of interactive art in fostering empathy and awareness.

Inspired by the timeless beauty of nature, as revered in ancient poetry, and the contrasting modern-day desire to 'escape to nature,' this installation invites engagement from city dwellers and supports education in rural areas.
